Workshop Objectives
The objectives of this workshop are to determine the efforts to be invested in change management, and to ensure that they are adequate and sufficient to ensure positive and sustainable change in the organization. - Discuss potential impacts on the organization's current training and communication plans

- Complete the project governance by identifying the steering structure for the work environment modernization project
