Learning method | Experience Sharing: Each participant has the opportunity to share their experiences, thoughts, and specific issues with their circle (group). Sharing is structured, with a designated time for each participant. Discussion and Feedback: Circle members listen, ask questions, and also offer relevant ideas, suggestions, and feedback. Co-Creation of Solutions: The group collaborates to generate solutions to the presented challenges. Each participant contributes their expertise and perspective. Action: Participants leave with new ideas, innovative concepts, and practical recommendations that they can apply in their respective work environments. Confidentiality: Discussions in the coaching circle are confidential, fostering a safe environment for open sharing and vulnerability. An Afi U. Circle brings together professionals from diverse backgrounds to discuss their challenges, share experiences, generate collaborative solutions, and leave with practical ideas to implement in their daily work. It is a powerful approach to learning and professional development. | |
