Are you a coach who wants to become certified* with the International Coach Federation (ICF)? Are you a coach who simply wants to strengthen your technical skills? The Group Mentoring for Coaches program is designed to help certified or soon-to-be-certified coaches deepen their coaching skills. The mentoring session is structured to work in small groups on coaching skills (2 to 4 people) and to foster the knowledge needed to meet the requirements to renew a credential or apply for an ACC or PCC level credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF). | |
Public concerné | To all coaches (trained and accredited). |
Préalables | Have completed an ICF recognized coaching course. |
Objectifs | To promote the acquisition of the knowledge necessary to meet the requirements to renew a credential or apply for an ACC or PCC level credential with the International Coach Federation (ICF). |
Méthode pédagogique | The Mozaik approach is used in the facilitation of our group mentoring sessions. The group mentoring sessions are conducted according to the ICF requirements for ACC certification. Visit ICF website for more information. |
Contenu | During the group mentoring session, participants become aware of areas of development that need attention and identify untapped potential. The outcome of this awareness leads them to their unique coaching style that easily integrates the 8 Essential Coaching Competencies defined by the ICF: A. Foundation : 1- Demonstrates Ethical Practice 2- Embodies a Coaching Mindset B. Co-creating the relationship 3- Establishes and Maintains Agreements 4- Cultivates Trust and Safety 5- Maintains Presence
6- Listens Actively 7- Evokes Awareness D. Cultivating Learning and Growth 8- Facilitates Client Growth In order to ensure the quality of supervision standards, including that of coach-mentor, International Mozaik offered an 8-day program in Quebec in 2016 to train PCC coaches in supervision. The Mozaik Edgenda team and coaches from other schools developed the specific skills required for the posture of "coach-mentor" who, in addition to overseeing the development of all the skills put forward by ICF, is the bearer of the ethics of this coaching profession. It is from this pool that the mentor coaches related to this service offer will be drawn. |
