Microsoft 365 is changing the way electronic documents are managed, as well as traditional SharePoint structures. The distinct storage spaces in Microsoft 365 are logical, consistent and essential:
- OneDrive for individual files,
- Teams and Team Sites for teamwork
- Communication sites for organization-wide publication and distribution.
Workshop objective
The aim of this workshop is to establish the ground rules for creating team spaces in Teams and to discuss a simple and effective basic structure that promotes collaboration in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
