This course will allow leaders to master practical tools that will help them better understand, motivate, mobilize and inspire commitment from their teams. With the help of various experiential activities and resulting contemplation, leaders will be able to take concrete action to create a motivating work environment based on communication, responsibility, collective common sense and recognition.
