Course outline
The Microsoft 365 ecosystem offers many new opportunities to improve collaboration within teams, between teams and with external stakeholders. It's not enough to know and know how to use the new functionalities, but to align them with the needs present in the organization in order to align the implementation of the right tools and promote best practices that respond to the organization's reality.
Workshop objective
The aim of the workshop is to uncover the collaboration needs that exist within the organization, both internally and externally.

- Discuss the organization's collaboration needs
- Identify existing internal and external collaboration
- Highlight internal and external sharing issues
- Identify the third-party tools currently used to collaborate, and assess the "Shadow IT" issue
- Understand the different sharing options
