From the simple and efficient diagramming software that it was at its origin, Microsoft Visio has become since the 2007 versions a powerful visual data management tool. This training session explores how Visio makes it possible to create a diagram attached to data from an Excel list, for example. This tool, as powerful as it is user-friendly, will allow computer equipment managers, for example, to find in one place the layout plans of their equipment as well as the list of relevant information (serial number, version, date of commissioning, brand, model, etc.). |
Prerequisites | For all training sessions in our classrooms, you need to have your own computer with Visio software (desktop version) installed. Professionnal License Good knowledge of one of the Office suite software (ex: Word, Powerpoint) Good knowledge of Visio (Visio - Level 1 recommended) |
Version | It is important to have the desktop application to take this course. Not compatible with Visio on the Web. |
