Hybrid working has not only grown in popularity in recent years, but experts now agree that it's here to stay. When effectively managed and understood, hybrid working enables individuals, teams and organizations to strike the right balance in reconciling their respective needs while achieving each other's objectives. The complexity of hybrid working not only requires us to reconsider the way we act and think, but also the way we communicate and collaborate. This new reality highlights the need to update our practices with a view to consolidating and ultimately optimizing them. This training course will allow you to deepen your understanding of the issues connected to this new reality, while giving you tools to better manage it individually, with your teams and with your organization.
