What is artificial intelligence (AI)?

What does this mean for public and private affairs?
How can your organization benefit from AI?
Through an engaging combination of applied concepts, examples of key technologies and examples of uses of AI in business, this training will present the reality of AI technology today and demonstrate how it can be used to meet a current or future business need.
Focusing on key AI technologies — such as machine learning and deep learning, image processing and natural language processing, as well as AI’s role in robotics — this course will help you understand how AI can support business and service strategies, as well as the inherent economic and societal opportunities related to AI.
At the end of this training, you will understand how to use AI in your digital solutions design processes in order to implement governance, combine it with the right resources and evaluate its performance.

Audience

Public and private sector business managers and architects

Prerequisites

None

Objectives

Participants will explore AI: the practical opportunities it offers, its different domains, its governance, its prerequisites, the design process and implementation of an AI product, its future and the importance of ethics in AI.

More importantly, they will understand the fundamental differences between the design process of an AI solution and that of an information system.
