This highly hands-on, interactive training allows you to understand and apply portfolio management best practices, implementing the Project Management Institute (PMI/PMBOK) approach. Applying gained knowledge to a practical case, participants will work in teams, through the five (5) process groups and the ten (10) knowledge domains, and benefit from trainer coaching.
