Duration : 2 days

This highly hands-on, interactive training prepares students to succeed in obtaining the Scrum Master certification. Using a series of lectures and quizzes, participants will prepare for the Scrum Master exam by completing the course with a simulation exam and benefit from trainer coaching.

Agile Project Managers, Scrum Masters: intermediate or advanced

Agile project management (basic course)

  • Prepare for and pass the Scrum Master certification successfully
  • Acquire the common vocabulary

Teaching method

The participants will carry out a series of exercises/workshops and will benefit from personalized coaching from the trainer. Also, the latter will provide necessary explanations through lectures, exchanges and case-based examples.

  • Foundations of the Scrum Approach: Values and Principles, Roles and Responsibilities, Artefacts and Events
  • Importance of each event and how to minimize project risks
  • Rules of Scrum
  • Practical questions and simulation exam
IMPORTANT: Course material is available in French or English, but the reference book and the exam are in English only. The cost of the Scrum Master exam is extra (US $ 150).
