This highly hands-on, interactive training allows you to understand and implement the best practices in project management, using the Project Management Institute (PMI/PMBOK) approach. Applying gained knowledge to a practical case, participants will work in teams through the five (5) process groups and the ten (10) knowledge domains and benefit from trainer coaching.

Teaching method

The participants will carry out a series of exercises/workshops and will benefit from personalized coaching from the trainer. Also, the latter will provide necessary explanations through lectures, exchanges and case-based examples.

  • The role of the project manager
  • Initiationg: feasibility / business case and project charter
  • Planning: project plan with project breakdown structure (WBS), schedule, budget, role and responsibility, risk register
  • Executing, monitoring and control: detailed plan, progress monitoring with performance indicators, management of change requests, progress reports and accountability
  • Closing: post-mortem
  • Case study with exercises, workshops, simulations, role plays
