General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms of Sale") govern registration, purchase, and participation in the training courses, programs, coaching activities, and services offered by Afi U. – The Organizations School.
Afi U. is an organizations school operated by different legal entities depending on the territory from which services are provided:
- In Canada, services are provided by Afi par Edgenda Inc.
- In France, services are provided by Afi U.
The applicable entity acts as the contracting party for services under its territory.
Any registration or purchase implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
2. Types of Activities
Afi U. offers, among others:
- training open to the public — public sessions (inter-company);
- private training for an organization — private sessions (intra-company);
- programs for organizations;
- individual or team coaching activities;
- in-person, remote, or hybrid training.

3. Terms by Session Type
3.1 Public Sessions (Inter-company)
Public sessions bring together participants from different organizations.
Registration, cancellation, and substitution conditions apply individually to each participant or client.
Afi U. reserves the right to cancel a session if the minimum required number of participants is not reached.
3.2 Private Sessions (Intra-company)
Private sessions are organized exclusively on behalf of a client organization.
Specific terms (dates, location, number of participants, pricing, cancellation) are set out in the commercial proposal or contract concluded with the client.
4. Cancellation, Postponement, and Substitution — Training
4.1 Cancellation by the Participant or Client
Any cancellation must be submitted in writing before the start of the training.
Depending on when the request is received:
- more than ten (10) business days before the training: full refund or postponement possible;
- between five (5) and ten (10) business days: a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the training price will be charged;
- less than five (5) business days: the full training price is due.
The participant may be replaced by another person, subject to acceptance by Afi U.
4.2 Cancellation or Postponement by Afi U.
Afi U. reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training session up to ten (10) business days before it is held.
In such a case, Afi U. will propose an equivalent replacement solution or refund the amounts paid.
5. Coaching and Support Activities
Individual or team coaching activities are subject to specific terms.
Any cancellation or postponement request must be submitted in writing.
In the event of cancellation or postponement less than forty-eight (48) hours before the session, the full (100%) fee will be charged.
In the event of a no-show without notice, the session will be considered as having taken place.
6. Terms by Format
In-person training
The participant agrees to comply with the rules applicable to the training venue.
Remote training
The participant must have adequate computer equipment and a sufficient internet connection.
Afi U. cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties related to the participant's own environment.
7. Intellectual Property
The training materials and content provided remain the exclusive property of Afi U. or its partners.
They may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written authorization.
8. Liability
Afi U. undertakes to implement the means necessary to deliver its services.
Its liability cannot be engaged in the event of interruption for reasons beyond its control or force majeure.
9. Protection of Personal Information
Personal information collected is processed in accordance with Afi U.'s Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
