At the heart of our customer service, Samuel manages AFI’s classrooms and helps to maintain our IT infrastructure. Technical logistics for training sessions are no mystery to Samuel: adaptable to any situation, he ensures that class participants learn in an optimum environment.. Samuel also supports the AFI team—from our administrative staff to trainers to our outside consultants. Moreover, he is a test administrator for VUE and Prometric exams.
